Mario Tuccillo lawyer

Born in Naples on 28.12.1993, he graduated in Law from the Federico II University of Naples, with 110/110 cum laude.

Enrolled in the Naples Bar since 21.10.2020, he mainly deals with the issues of Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Financial Law and Tax Law.

He is an expert on the subject in the disciplines of: Financial and Tax Law and Tax and Financial Law of Cultural and Environmental Heritage at the Federico II University of Naples.

He was among the speakers of the seminar "Reflections on recent tax measures on the protection of cultural and environmental heritage", at the University of Naples Federico II – Department of Law – of 4/12/2020 -, as well as Speaker at the conference "Tax Profiles and Circulation of Cultural Heritage: State of the Art and Future Perspectives", of 29.04.2022, at the same University.

On the regulatory framework relating to cultural heritage, he collaborated with the magazine "Community law and international trade" by drafting the article: "The circulation of cultural heritage: regulatory framework and critical issues of the Italian system". issue no. 3 – 4 / 2020.

Since 2019 he has also collaborated with the lawyer Fulvio Marrucco in the field of legal assistance to athletes and sports agents.
